Congratulations everyone - this is the news that we've been waiting for from Sacramento...SB 246 passed the Senate today!!! 

 

We are out of the Legislature and on to the Governor's desk.  Please contact Governor Schwarzenegger to ask for his support on this important issue.  He has until September 30th to either sign, veto, or let the bill pass into law.
