September 27 - 28, 2011. This 2-day review course is designed to prepare the experienced RN for the Inpatient Obstetric Nursing Certification Exam provided by the National Certification Corporation for the Obstetric, Gynecologic and Neonatal Nursing Specialties (NCC).
This program will be presented in lecture and discussion format and will provide the participant a comprehensive and intense review
of: maternal factors affecting the fetus and newborn, fetal assessment, labor and delivery, obstetric complications, postpartum
and newborn review, and professional issues encountered by the perinatal nurse. Integrated into the program format will be practice
test questions and study guides for additional test preparation.
